Apple has officially launched its online store in Saudi Arabia, allowing customers across the kingdom to purchase products directly from the tech giant for the first time, the company stated in a press release.
The new online store offers a localised shopping experience with full Arabic-language support, including customer service and engraving options for select products. Saudi customers can now access the full range of Apple’s devices – such as iPhones, iPads, Macs, and accessories – directly through Apple’s website. The Apple Store app has also been made available to Saudi users, providing mobile access to all the features and services found in other markets.
This launch is a major step in strengthening Apple’s footprint in the Middle East. The company has also confirmed plans to open its first physical Apple Store in Saudi Arabia by 2026, signalling a long-term investment in one of the region’s largest and fastest-growing markets.
Apple’s move comes as global tech companies increasingly expand into Saudi Arabia, drawn by significant investment opportunities tied to the country’s Vision 2030 initiative – a national strategy focused on economic diversification and digital innovation. Major US tech firms like Amazon, Google, Nvidia, and AMD have already announced multi-billion-dollar partnerships with the Saudi government and its Public Investment Fund.
For Saudi consumers, the launch of Apple’s direct sales channel means greater access to the full Apple ecosystem, including official packaging, warranty support, and personalisation services not always available through resellers. The availability of Arabic support and localised services reflects Apple’s broader effort to adapt its offerings to regional markets.
With a physical retail presence on the horizon and a fully localised online experience now live, Apple’s expansion into Saudi Arabia represents both a commercial milestone and a sign of the country’s growing importance in the global tech landscape.
